Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN provides compassionate, high-quality care to residents while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support positive health outcomes and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Educate residents and families
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and facility policies
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Long-term care experience preferred
