The Manufacturing Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance operations to support safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing performance. This role leads maintenance planning, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, team supervision, vendor coordination, budget oversight, and initiatives to reduce downtime.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance planning and preventive maintenance programs.
- Improve equipment reliability and reduce manufacturing downtime.
- Troubleshoot industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Supervise and support the maintenance team.
- Manage vendors and maintenance service relationships.
- Oversee maintenance budgets and spending.
- Manage spare parts inventory and availability.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and mechanical systems.
- Experience with budget management.
- Demonstrated team leadership and supervision skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
