As a Lead Sonographer at Wellstar, you will perform complex diagnostic ultrasound exams while guiding a team of sonographers in delivering safe, compassionate, patient-centered care. Based within Wellstar’s hospitals and outpatient centers, you’ll coordinate daily workflow, ensure image quality and protocol adherence, and collaborate closely with radiologists, providers, and nurses. You will support training, quality improvement, and adoption of new imaging technologies, contributing to a collaborative culture focused on integrity, learning, and improved outcomes for Georgia communities.
