Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound services while guiding a high-performing imaging team. In this role, you will perform and oversee a wide range of ultrasound exams, ensuring accurate image acquisition, patient safety, and adherence to clinical protocols. You will mentor technologists and students, coordinate daily workflow, and collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and nurses to support timely diagnoses. As part of Wellstar’s collaborative, patient-focused culture, you will contribute to quality improvement initiatives, participate in ongoing education, and help advance compassionate, evidence-based care across our Georgia communities.
