REQUIRED PROCEDURES
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: Board Certified (BC) in Gastroenterology
- Licenses: Active Florida License
- Experience: Minimum 50 patients (inpatient/consultative) in past 12 months; procedure log requirements for Colonoscopy and Endoscopy
- Other Qualifications: Clean background check and NPDB report
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform outpatient GI endoscopic procedures including colonoscopy and endoscopy.
- Note and document resulting pathology.
- Provide coverage at various Lee Health locations (LMH, CCH, GCMC) as assigned.
- Collaborate with support staff including advanced practitioners and anesthesiologists.
- Ensure compliance with credentialing requirements and maintain active FL license.
