Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Mexico Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required.
- Clinical experience assessing and treating post-acute or long-term care patients preferred.
- Must have enrollment or ability to obtain any state-specific caregiver account or registry required by New Mexico.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with documentation systems common to skilled nursing environments preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0800-1630.
- Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Meal break: 30 minutes.
- Candidate may be required to comply with facility-specific onboarding and screening procedures.
