JOB REQUIREMENTS - Board: Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
- Licenses: Active Iowa license or Universal License (IMLC)
- Other Qualifications: Clean malpractice and background; Must be available for December 23-28 coverage
Duties & Responsibilities - Provide inpatient rounding on post-op patients, inpatient and ED consults, and OR procedures
- Perform clinical and surgical duties including total joint replacements, hand, wrist, knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, and foot surgeries
- Manage trauma and orthopedic call coverage (24-hour call)
- Supervise advanced practice providers (APPs)
- Conduct follow-up clinic visits for post-operative patients
