Communicate product roadmaps, new launches, and EOL transitions to the sales team and customers.
Support pricing discussions by providing competitive analysis and product cost/value context.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

Gather customer feedback and market signals from the field to inform product direction.
Track competitor products, pricing, and positioning in the storage industry (SSDs, DRAM, memory cards, etc.).
Stay current with storage technology trends and customer application requirements.

Cross-functional Coordination

Act as the bridge between global sales team and HQ product / engineering / supply chain teams.
Coordinate sample requests, evaluation cycles, qualification timelines, and customer escalations.
