Our services include general and cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, full-arch restoration, same-day crowns, and sedation dentistry. As we grow, we need a hands-on leader who can strengthen daily operations and support our clinical team.

- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable with professionalism and consistency.
- Implement clear operating procedures and ensure they are followed.
- Maintain productive schedules and proactively address cancellations, unscheduled treatment, and overdue recall.
- Ensure patient inquiries and missed calls receive prompt, documented follow-up.
- Oversee accurate treatment-plan presentations, financial arrangements, insurance workflows, and collections.
- Help patients understand treatment costs and navigate available financing options.
- Monitor practice performance, identify problems early, and implement practical solutions.
- Resolve patient concerns with empathy and sound judgment.

- Demonstrated dental office management experience with responsibility for team performance and daily operations.
- Strong knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance, billing, collections, and treatment coordination.
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through.
- Confidence having constructive accountability conversations.
- Comfort using practice-management software and performance reports.
- A proactive approach: you identify issues, recommend solutions, and see them through.
- Experience with implant or full-arch treatment coordination and patient financing is a plus.
