Kitchen Manager - Upscale Casual Italian Restaurant

We are seeking a talented, hands-on Kitchen Manager to join a family-owned restaurant known for its authentic Italian cuisine, fresh seafood, quality steaks, and scratch-made specialties. What You'll Do
- Lead daily kitchen operations while maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Execute Italian-inspired cuisine, seafood dishes, steaks, homemade sauces, and scratch-made recipes.
- Train, develop, and motivate a strong back-of-house team.
- Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, inventory, and cost control.
- Work closely with restaurant leadership to improve kitchen performance and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

- Previous kitchen management or strong culinary leadership experience.
