Role Description
We are looking for an experienced email and SMS marketer to manage our customer messaging programs, from strategy and copy to design, build, and reporting. Your focus will be building and designing retention, post-purchase, and segmented flows in Klaviyo, while also supporting email campaigns, SMS, and wholesale campaigns on Faire.
Scope Of Work and Deliverables:
1. Retention and segmented flows: Build and design new retention, post-purchase, and segmented flows in Klaviyo to drive repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
2. Flow optimization: Own strategy and optimization of existing flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and winback. Run an ongoing A/B testing program across the flow library.
3. Email campaigns: Plan and execute up to five email campaigns per week tied to product releases, live launch events, restocks, and in-store events. Write briefs and copy, build in Klaviyo, and QA every send.
4. Email design: Design all new flow emails, plus campaign emails beyond what our in-house designer covers, using Cloth & Paper brand standards and templates. Create new modules and layouts as needed.
5. SMS: Manage two to three SMS campaigns per month for launches and key moments, add SMS to key flows where it lifts results, grow the SMS subscriber list, and pace SMS with email for a cohesive customer experience.
6. Wholesale: Plan and send two to four Faire campaigns per month to retail partners, coordinated with our wholesale team.
7. Subscription flows: Audit, update, and add to Klaviyo subscription flows, including renewal reminders, to reduce cancellations and missed renewals.
8. Segmentation: Build and maintain segments based on purchase history, product preferences, subscription status, and engagement.
9. Deliverability: Maintain list health, monitor inbox placement and sender reputation, and manage sunset policies for unengaged profiles.
10. Reporting: Deliver a weekly performance summary covering channel revenue, flow performance, test results, and upcoming priorities.
11. 90-day report out: Deliver a summary with results against the starting baseline, flow audit findings, documentation of builds and templates, and a recommended roadmap for next 90 days.
