Senior Manager, External Reporting | Global F300 Manufacturer
A global manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Manager, External Reporting to join its Corporate Accounting leadership team.
This is a high-visibility opportunity to oversee SEC reporting, technical accounting, and corporate accounting policies while partnering closely with senior leadership, Investor Relations, and finance teams across a complex global organization.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and review of SEC filings, financial disclosures, annual reports, and earnings releases.
- Lead technical accounting research, evaluate new accounting standards, and oversee implementation.
- Prepare quarterly accounting and regulatory updates for senior management and the Audit Committee.
- Partner with Investor Relations, corporate finance, and global business units on financial reporting matters.
- Oversee key accounting areas, including impairment testing, lease accounting, and consolidated cash flow reporting.
- Maintain and enhance corporate financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors on technical accounting, internal controls, and SEC reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members while driving process improvements across Corporate Accounting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting required.
- Active CPA required.
- 11+ years of relevant accounting experience, including recent Big 4 public accounting experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Prior experience directly managing and developing employees.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
