Typical Responsibilities- Process and apply customer payments accurately
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Manage billing and invoicing activities
- Research and resolve payment issues, chargebacks, and deductions
- Communicate with customers regarding account status and collections
- Maintain accurate records within ERP and accounting systems
- Partner with accounting, finance, and customer service teams
Common Qualifications- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or Accounting experience
- Strong understanding of cash applications, invoicing, and account reconciliations
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
