Exciting Opportunity with a Growing OrganizationOur client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their Corporate Accounting team in Woodland Hills. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys managing customer accounts, cash applications, collections, and account reconciliations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes
- Apply customer payments including ACH, wire transfers, lockbox, and credit card payments
- Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding invoices
- Perform B2B collections while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, and short-paid invoices
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate account variances
- Generate invoices, statements, and credit memos as needed
- Partner with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues
- Assist with month-end close activities and AR reporting
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within the ERP system
- Support continuous process improvements and internal controls
Qualifications- 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience with cash application and account reconciliations
- Strong B2B collections experience
- ERP system experience required (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, Epicor, or similar)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications- Corporate Accounts Receivable experience
- High-volume transaction processing experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
