JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or ABOEM)
- Licenses: Active state license, DEA, and CSR if applicable
- DEA / CDS: Active DEA and CSR required
- Certifications: ATLS, PALS
- Other Qualifications: IMLC accepted, board certification required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide emergency medical care to patients in a Level II trauma center.
- Manage a high volume of patients (average 136 encounters per day).
- Work collaboratively with NPPA providers during overlapping shifts.
- Perform standard emergency procedures as required by patient condition.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in Cerner EMR.
