WellStar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a high-performing imaging team. In this role, you will perform and oversee a variety of vascular, abdominal, OB/GYN, and small-parts ultrasound exams, ensuring high-quality images and accurate documentation. You will mentor technologists, coordinate workflow, and collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and providers. The Lead Sonographer supports protocol development, quality improvement, and staff education while maintaining strict safety and regulatory standards in a fast-paced clinical environment.
