Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to guide high-quality ultrasound services across its integrated, patient-centered health system. In this onsite role, you will perform complex diagnostic ultrasound exams, oversee daily workflow, and serve as a clinical resource for sonographers. You’ll mentor staff, support onboarding and competency validation, and help refine imaging protocols to improve outcomes. Partnering closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, you will promote safety, image excellence, and a compassionate patient experience while contributing to quality and performance initiatives across care settings.
