Key Responsibilities
- Clean pouring boards using appropriate equipment and troughs
- Monitor wet scrubber system during operations
- Load alloy into lazy pans and maintain required records
- Operate jaw crusher and bucket conveyor
- Weigh and record dross cleaned from furnaces by the pouring crew
- Maintain clean work area and remove nickel/aluminum alloy dust
- Assist with training new operators as needed
- Clean mill when required
- Handle hazardous waste properly in designated accumulation areas
- Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
