What Youll Do
As an LPN at Freedom Senior Living, youll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the care they deserve. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Monitoring residents health, administering medications, and assisting with treatments as needed.
- Collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Documenting care and maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking a dedicated LPN with the following qualifications:
- Active LPN license in good standing.
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare or senior living setting.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
