ORIGEN Health and Wellness is opening its doors in late January! And we are looking for an experienced, motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team!
We are seeking a provider who is passionate about helping patients feel their best and enjoys working in a wellness-focused, patient-centered environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who wants to build meaningful relationships with patients while being part of an innovative and growing practice.
As a provider stepping into a brand-new facility, you will play a key role in establishing our patient-centered, functional medicine culture from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Perform patient consultations, assessments, and follow-up visits
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs
- Provide education and ongoing support to patients throughout their treatment
- Order and review appropriate laboratory testing
- Prescribe medications and treatments within the scope of practice
- Collaborate closely with our medical director, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Support the continued growth and development of ORIGEN Health and Wellness's services
- Provide a high level of patient care while creating a welcoming and positive experience
We’re Looking for Someone Who
- Is a licensed NP or PA in the State of Florida
- Has current furnishing/prescriptive authority as applicable
- Has excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
- Is confident, personable, compassionate, and comfortable educating patients
- Enjoys developing long-term relationships with patients
- Works well independently while also being a strong team player
- Is organized and comfortable working in a growing, evolving practice
- Has an interest in functional medicine, preventive health, hormone optimization, weight management, IV therapy, and healthy aging
- Prior experience in integrative, wellness, hormone, or weight-management medicine is a plus, but not required
