The Subassembly Assembler position proficiently produces quality assemblies in one (1) of the following work centers including gear case, spinners, chain shields, and/or final subassembly.

Critical
- Verifies assembly by visual inspection and utilization of measurements specified on prints and procedures.
- Completes work assignments within standard guidelines of time and quality.
- Performs quality checks on work completed.
Productivity / Job Knowledge
- Assembles some mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
- Accurately reads prints and assembles parts accordingly.
- Assists with training of others as needed.
- Keeps work area clean and orderly, performs required PM’s on machines and equipment and reports all non-conformities to Line Lead, Supervisor or Maintenance until the problem has been rectified.

- Demonstrates a good attendance record; is aware of the impact that missing work will have on the customer as well as co-workers.
