Bloom Energy is hiring Assembly Technicians to join our manufacturing team.
In this role, you will perform electro-mechanical assembly of our fuel cell systems, work with precision hand and power tools, follow digital work instructions, and ensure product quality.
Position Overview
- Role: Assembly Technician
- Type: Full-Time / Contract (On-site)
- Location: [Fremont, CA / Newark, DE]
- Pay Rates:
- Day Shift: $24.00 / hour
- Graveyard Shift: $26.45 / hour
- Shift Schedules: 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Day / 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Night)
- Front-Half Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday
- Back-Half Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Hands-on experience with basic hand tools, power tools, and hardware assembly.
- Ability to follow digital work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and regularly lift 25–50 lbs.
- Preferred: 1+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing or assembly environment.
