LPN Medical Staffing Support (full time)
Reports To: Clinical Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and self-motivated LPN Medical Staffing Support professional to assist the Clinical Manager and Director of Nursing with staffing, scheduling, clinical support, documentation, and daily office operations.
Qualifications
- Oklahoma nursing license
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare/nursing experience
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Flexible and able to manage changing priorities
- Previous healthcare support or staffing experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls and take new patient referrals.
- Communicate with physicians, therapy providers, patients, families, and field staff.
- Enter medications, orders, care plans, and other information into the EMR.
- Monitor late and missed visits and maintain required reports.
- Case conferences, and Training
- On-call rotation by participating in on-call duties as assigned.
- Assist with marketing and community outreach activities as needed.
- Follow company policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
