Low Voltage Technician – Las Vegas, NV
$25–$30/Hour Based on Experience | Full-Time | Travel May Be Required
We are hiring an experienced and dependable Low Voltage Technician to join our team in the Las Vegas area. We specialize in technology installations and support for K–12 schools and educational facilities.
This is a hands-on field position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can troubleshoot problems, and represents the company professionally while working in active educational environments.
Occasional travel outside the Las Vegas area may be required based on project needs.
What You'll Do
- Install and terminate Cat5e/Cat6 structured cabling
- Install and service CCTV/security camera systems
- Install and service access control and intercom systems
- Install network racks, patch panels, J-hooks, cable supports, and related equipment
- Perform cable testing, labeling, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Assist with fiber, networking, and other low-voltage systems
- Troubleshoot existing cabling, devices, and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas
- Complete installations according to company standards and project requirements
What We're Looking For
- Previous low-voltage or structured cabling experience strongly preferred
- Experience terminating RJ45 jacks, patch panels, and network cabling
- CCTV and access control experience is a major plus
- Comfortable working on ladders and using hand and power tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently when necessary
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willing and able to travel when required
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening for work in educational environments
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Compensation
$25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience, technical knowledge, and demonstrated skill level.

We're looking for someone who shows up on time, works efficiently, keeps installations clean and organized, and doesn't need constant supervision to get the job done correctly.
Because most of our work takes place in schools, technicians must maintain a professional appearance and conduct and communicate appropriately with school administrators, teachers, staff, and other personnel.
