About the Position
TransForce is seeking a dependable CDL A Driver to support local delivery operations for our client in Carol Stream, Illinois. This on-site position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-daily routes, and the potential for temp-to-perm employment.
Pay & Schedule Details
- Pay: $29 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Start times: Between 6:30 p.m. and midnight
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Employment type: Temp to perm
- Work arrangement: On-site
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate equipment on local routes.
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
- Complete required loading, unloading, and freight-handling tasks.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
- Meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 70 pounds.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
- 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
- Ability to safely handle freight and perform required physical duties.
