About the Position
TransForce is seeking a CDL B Driver for a local, on-site assignment supporting operations in Melrose Park. This position involves transporting portable storage containers to and from customer locations while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and service.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $26 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Wednesday or Thursday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Assignment: Six-month assignment
- Employment Type: Long-term flexible
- Start Date: August 17, 2026

Key Responsibilities
- Transport portable storage containers to and from customer locations in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
- Provide professional and dependable service at customer locations.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL B license.
- Experience: 0+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
