About the Position
Our client is seeking an experienced CDL-A Flatbed Driver to support local operations in the Odenton area. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers steady work, reliable scheduling, daily home time, and the potential for permanent placement.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $27-$28 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, first shift
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Home Time: Home daily

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a CDL-A flatbed tractor-trailer on local routes.
- Transport concrete and building materials in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
- Secure and unload freight using required strapping techniques.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
- Meet the physical demands of the position, including frequent strapping activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license.
- 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Previous flatbed driving experience.
- Experience operating flatbed equipment.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
