CDL A Flatbed Driver - $1,500 Per Week Baltimore, Maryland About the Position
TransForce is seeking CDL A Flatbed Drivers to support operations in Baltimore, Maryland. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. Three openings are available, with potential for temp-to-perm employment.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $300 per day
- Weekly compensation: $1,500 per week
- Per diem: $50
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Start times: Between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Layovers: Two per week in a hotel or sleeper truck
- Anticipated start date: May 11, 2026
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a flatbed truck on local and regional routes.
- Transport wood moulding in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
- Secure freight using straps and complete required handling tasks.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including strapping freight.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Flatbed and manual transmission experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
