About the Position
Our client is seeking a skilled CDL A Truck Driver for local delivery operations based in Fairfield, Ohio. This role involves delivering paper products to Walmart and other stores throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and West Virginia.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $28-$30 per hour
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,200-$1,800
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Start Time: Between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Overtime: Available after 40 hours
- Employment Type: Temp-to-perm
- Expected Start Date: August 31, 2026
Job Details

- Overnight Stays: Occasionally required, with a $40 food per diem
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver products to stores and other designated locations in a timely manner.
- Unload freight safely using a pallet jack and two-wheel dolly.
- Maintain accurate logs and records, including paper logs when electronic logging device issues occur.
- Follow all applicable safety regulations and operating procedures.
- Provide professional service at each delivery location.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
