About the Position
We are seeking a professional CDL B Flatbed Driver for a local delivery position with a well-established lumber company. This role involves transporting lumber and related materials within approximately a one-hour radius, with drivers returning home daily.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay rate: $24 per hour
- Overtime available after 40 hours
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, first shift
- Typical hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Hours per week: 40
- Employment type: Long-term flex
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Transport lumber and related materials to designated delivery locations
- Ensure safe, timely, and accurate deliveries
- Secure loads properly using straps and other equipment
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company policies
- Operate equipment safely and responsibly
Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL B
- 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Six months of flatbed experience preferred; training may be available for the right candidate
