Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving & Quality Control Coordinator to manage incoming deliveries, verify materials and documentation, and ensure products are properly received and processed. This position works closely with Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Materials teams to resolve discrepancies, coordinate returns, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and sign for incoming deliveries and shipments.
Compare purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices to verify accuracy.
Enter and maintain receiving information in NetSuite, including receipt numbers and supporting documentation.
Inspect incoming materials for discrepancies, damage, or other issues and coordinate with Quality Assurance as needed.
Work with QA and Purchasing to process and track vendor returns and nonconforming materials.
Communicate with suppliers regarding incorrect, damaged, or missing shipments.
Obtain and maintain proof of delivery for drop shipments.
Maintain current Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and distribute updated documentation to the appropriate departments.
Work closely with Receiving, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Materials, and Purchasing teams.
Help ensure approved materials are processed and made available for inventory in a timely manner.
Track outstanding receiving or vendor issues and provide updates to the supervisor.
Support daily receiving and warehouse operations as needed.
Coordinate breaks and time-off coverage with department personnel.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of relevant receiving, warehouse, inventory, quality, or materials experience preferred.
Experience with NetSuite or another ERP/inventory management system preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to review and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move parts or materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and remain physically active for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a warehouse/receiving environment.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
