Job Description
We are seeking an active SPID-licensed Fumigation Leader to direct on-site structural tenting and gassing operations. You will manage field crews, transport restricted-use chemicals, and ensure 100% safety compliance with FDACS and DOT regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and perform all structural fumigation tasks from initial tarping to final ventilation.
- Manage, train, and oversee field crew members and basic FID technicians.
- Safely transport hazardous chemicals using company vehicles.
- Enforce strict safety protocols, including SCBA gear usage and precise gas monitoring.
- Conduct post-fumigation testing to officially clear structures for safe re-entry and complete required documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida SPID License (Fumigation) issued by FDACS.
- Valid Florida CDL with HAZMAT Endorsement.
- Proven field experience in structural tenting and restricted-use gassing.
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Ability to pass a comprehensive DOT physical, background check, and drug screen.
