As a Lead Residential Electrician, you will oversee residential electrical installations from rough-in through final trim while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise residential electrical crews on new home construction projects.
- Install complete residential electrical systems including:
- Electrical panels
- Breaker boxes
- Service entrances
- Branch circuits
- Receptacles
- Switches
- Interior and exterior lighting
- Ceiling fans
- Smoke detectors
- GFCI & AFCI protection
- Dedicated appliance circuits
- EV charger pre-wire
- Generator transfer switch wiring
- Perform rough-in, trim-out, and final electrical installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, construction plans, and wiring diagrams.
- Install conduit, EMT, PVC, Romex (NM cable), MC cable, and associated raceways.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and diagnose wiring issues quickly and accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with the latest National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes.
- Coordinate daily with builders, general contractors, project managers, inspectors, and homeowners.
- Schedule work activities to maintain project deadlines.
- Mentor apprentice electricians and helpers while promoting craftsmanship and safety.
- Perform electrical inspections and quality control checks.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and material usage.
- Order materials and communicate inventory needs.
- Promote a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
Required
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience
- Experience leading electrical crews
- Extensive experience in new residential construction
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
