Position: Experienced TIG Welder – Aluminum, Stainless, Steel
Location: Nashville, TN
Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (overtime may be available)
Pay: $18–$26/hour based on experience and weld test results

Job Summary:
We are a local Nashville-based company seeking a highly skilled TIG Welder with strong experience in aluminum, stainless, and steel welding. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interpreting weldment drawings, performing precise layouts, and working with tight tolerances.
️ Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel components
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
- Fit and layout parts to precise specifications
- Inspect and ensure weld quality meets company and customer standards
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
✅ Requirements:
- Proven TIG welding experience (especially with aluminum)
- Ability to read and interpret weldments and layout parts
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
- Must pass a weld test
⏱️ Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- Overtime may be available.
