The Master Plumber is responsible for diagnosing plumbing needs, creating accurate estimates, and helping customers make confident decisions.
Qualifications:
- Licensed plumber with knowledge of local plumbing codes
- Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
- Able to read plans/blueprints and understand project specs
- Organized, reliable, strong follow-through
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose residential and commercial plumbing systems and recommend solutions
- Build and present estimates, bids, and change orders
- Communicate scope clearly with customers and internal teams
- Complete estimates and plumbing jobs
- Follow up on open/unsold estimates
- Available for on call service work
- Follow safety standards and plumbing/building codes
- Attend meetings and mentor other plumbers as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift, bend, climb ladders, and work from heights
- Able to work in hot/cold weather, confined spaces, loud environments
- Wears PPE as required
