The Mechanical Assembly Technician will primarily focus on assembling electronic machinery components. This individual contributor role requires proficiency in operating manual and power tools, interpreting blueprints, and conducting quality inspections to ensure high standards. The technician plays a crucial part in maintaining equipment and adhering to safety protocols to support efficient assembly operations.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components of industrial machinery following specifications
- Operate manual and power tools for assembly tasks
- Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Maintain and care for assembly tools and equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in mechanical assembly
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and hand tools operation
- Knowledge of quality control and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with preventive maintenance and safety procedures
- Strong time management and communication skills
