What We're Looking For
We want someone who is:
- Licensed as a PMHNP in the State of Florida
- Passionate about mental health and psychiatric care
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered
- Comfortable performing psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Able to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Reliable, organized, and responsive
- Comfortable providing telehealth services
- Interested in becoming part of a growing mental-health organization
- Willing to travel when needed [if applicable]
What You'll Do
As a PMHNP with Florida Counseling Network, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions within your scope of practice
- Provide medication management
- Monitor treatment progress and make appropriate clinical adjustments
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment options
- Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with patients
- Help us continue improving the way mental-health services are delivered
