A national company with a facility in Farmington Hills, Michigan is currently seeking several Commercial Plumbers for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. Commercial Plumber rates are anticipated to be $20-$35 per hour based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours. We offer excellent benefits including great medical, dental, and 401k matching.
Qualified Commercial Plumbers will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years of recent / relevant experience with commercial plumbing or new construction is strongly preferred.
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license is required.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical / plumbing blueprints.
- Experience with HVAC mechanical systems is required.
- Clean driving record for use of company van.
- Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
