Pay Rate: $19.00–$20.00/hour – Determined based on experience (Paid Weekly)
Shift: Day Shift – 6:00 AM–3:30 PM

Role Overview
BEPC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to support our customer’s manufacturing operations in Pomona, CA.
This hands-on position performs a variety of assembly and production activities in support of manufacturing goals. The Manufacturing Assembler will operate production equipment, assemble and inspect products, identify potential product or equipment issues, and follow established quality and regulatory procedures.
The ideal candidate will have previous assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and a consistent attendance record. This position requires standing for most of the shift and performing repetitive production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to established manufacturing procedures.
- Operate equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- Check and inspect products against departmental procedures and quality requirements.
- Recognize product or equipment issues that arise during manufacturing and escalate them to the Line Lead or Supervisor.
- Assist with manufacturing equipment setup and cleanup as required.
- Follow established work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and business policies.
- Understand the potential quality consequences associated with improper performance of assigned tasks.
- Maintain awareness of device defects that may occur within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Support product manufacturing, testing, verification, and quality activities as applicable.
- Participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow applicable Quality Management System (QMS), ISO, FDA, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment.
- Move and sort products within the production area as needed.
- Demonstrate professional behavior when working with internal and external business partners.
- Perform additional manufacturing duties and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Previous assembly experience.
- Strong and dependable attendance.
- Ability to follow established manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and product quality.
- Ability to inspect products and identify potential defects or quality concerns.
- Ability to recognize equipment or production problems and escalate them appropriately.
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive manufacturing activities accurately.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented production environment.
- Ability to work the full 6:00 AM–3:30 PM onsite shift.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment.
- Experience performing product inspection or quality checks.
- Familiarity with ISO, FDA, or Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and for most of the work shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
- Ability to push and pull products as required within the assembly area.
- Ability to move and sort completed products between designated work areas.
- Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, and reach while performing production and cleaning activities.
- Ability to assist with cleaning manufacturing equipment and work areas.
- No routine heavy lifting is required.
- Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required due to prolonged standing.
