Position Overview
HPA Healthcare is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a long-term outpatient locum tenens opportunity in Pennsylvania.
This is an attractive weekday assignment offering a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule, no call, no weekends, and a diverse ambulatory case mix. The CRNA will work in a four-OR surgery center caring for both pediatric and adult patients.
The position operates primarily within a medically directed anesthesia model, with opportunities for independent practice in Endoscopy while an anesthesiologist remains immediately available in the building.
Pay Ranking: Strong / Competitive – Approximately Top 25% of Comparable Pennsylvania Daytime CRNA Locums Opportunities
Provider Pay: $220/hour
Current Pennsylvania CRNA locums postings include approximately $205–$215/hour in Hanover, $210–$220/hour at several other Pennsylvania locations, $220/hour for no-call coverage, and approximately $207–$224/hour on other current Pennsylvania assignments. At $220/hour, this assignment is at or above much of the current market for a weekday, no-call ambulatory assignment.
