FACILITY INFORMATION PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE - Credentialing Timeline: 90 days
REQUIRED PROCEDURES - Outpatient cases (all specialties except cardiac and OB)
- Orthopedic with nerve block
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Licenses: Active PA license or IMLC LOQ
- Board: Board Certified in Anesthesiology (will not take BE)
- DEA: Required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Administer anesthesia for outpatient surgical procedures across multiple specialties, excluding cardiac and OB.
- Provide medical direction to CRNAs as needed.
- Perform orthopedic nerve blocks for a high volume of cases.
- Manage anesthesia for occasional pediatric patients (under 1 year) for ENT procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and monitor vital signs during and after procedures.
