CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist – Digital Health Specialist to deliver evidence-based care across a hybrid model of telehealth and outpatient clinics. You will assess, treat, and educate a diverse caseload using secure digital platforms and in-person visits, designing personalized plans of care that restore function, mobility, and independence.
