JOB REQUIREMENTS - Licenses: Active WA License

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide comprehensive family medicine services to patients from newborns to geriatrics in an outpatient community health center setting.
- Manage chronic diseases, acute care needs, and walk-in patients, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Perform basic procedures including injections, IUD placements, and minor wound care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical assistants, mental health therapists, dietitians, and pediatricians.
- Maintain a patient volume of up to 18 patients per day, adhering to productivity expectations and documentation standards.
