FACILITY INFORMATION - EMR System: EPIC
- Specialty Backup Available: Onsite pediatrician, mental health therapists, dietitians
- Support Staff Available: Dedicated medical assistant, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, onsite pediatrician, health care administrator
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE - Credentialing Timeline: 2-3 weeks
REQUIRED PROCEDURES - Injections
- IUD placement
- Minor wound care
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Licenses: Active WA license
- Board: Board Certified required
- DEA: Active WA DEA
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (as required)
- Experience: New grads considered for MD positions; clean background required
- Other Qualifications: Spanish or Russian language skills a plus; COVID and flu vaccination required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages (newborns to geriatrics).
- Manage chronic diseases and acute care needs in an outpatient community health center setting.
- Perform basic procedures including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care.
- Maintain a patient volume of up to 21 patients per day in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with support staff including medical assistants, mental health therapists, and dietitians.
