About the Position
TransForce is seeking a Box Truck driver to support local operations based in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate must have 6 months of box truck experience, a valid DOT medical card, and a valid driver's license or CDL B.
Pay & Schedule Details
- Pay: $22 Per Hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5 AM Start time (Average shift length: 9 hours)
Job Details
- Route Type: Local
- Equipment: 26' Box Truck or Sprinter Box (Automatic transmissions; training available as needed)
- Handling: Heavy touch freight
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a box truck for local deliveries
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations
Minimum Requirements
- License: CDL B / Non-CDL
- Experience: 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Endorsements: Valid DOT Medical Card
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
