Class A OTR Driver - $1,600 per Week Des Moines, Iowa About the Position TransForce is seeking an experienced Class A OTR Driver for a light-touch freight route. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule Details - Pay: $1,600 per week
- Monday through Friday
- Deliveries across KY and OH, 2-10 Stops
- Out 4 Nights. 34-hour reset at home
Job Details - Route type: Over-the-road
- Freight handling: Light touch
- Hauling windows and doors
Key Responsibilities - Operate a commercial motor vehicle safely on over-the-road routes.
- Transport freight while following all applicable safety regulations and operating procedures.
- Perform light-touch freight handling as required.
- Complete required vehicle inspections and maintain accurate transportation records.
- Provide professional and dependable service throughout each assignment.
Minimum Requirements - 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
- Ability to work on-site and complete over-the-road assignments.
