Key Responsibilities
* Milestone Support: Encourage walking, talking, and fine motor skills through reading and sensory play.
* Routine Management: Maintain a predictable schedule for two daily naps and transition to table foods.
* Toddler Safety: Baby-proof play areas and closely supervise an active, newly mobile child.
* Child Maintenance: Handle diaper changes, toddler meal prep, baby laundry, and nursery tidying.
Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience specifically with the 12-18 month age group.
* Credentials: Active CPR and First Aid certifications.
* Reference: Minimum of two verifiable childcare references
