He's a very easy going baby and has a consistent routine. Caring for him, changing, feeding lunch and snack, playing, taking him for walks, etc.
He also naps usually from 1-3 so ideally someone that could do some light housekeeping (load/unload dishwasher, fold occasional laundry sometimes, not every day).
Theo enjoys daily stroller walks in the neighborhood and playing inside as well.
Should have experience with young children and references.
