Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field from an accredited educational institution.
Human Resources (HR) may accept directly related experience in lieu of the required post-secondary education on a 1-year: 1-year basis.
Experience accepted in lieu of required education will not be credited towards the minimum required experience below and vice versa (i.e., the same experience will be counted twice).

Experience using carrier/vendor systems (e.g., Fidelity, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Humana, TransAmerica, Guardian, etc.).
Knowledgeable of human resources information systems (HRIS).
Exceptional customer service, empathy, and communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Problem solving skills.
Vendor coordination skills.
Ability to organize and follow-through.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.

Responsibilities
Job Summary:
- Administers and monitors all group benefits plans assigned.
- Demonstrates an understanding of diversity.
- Serves as a primary contact for day-to-day operations, employee support, and vendor coordination in assigned benefit plan areas.
- Promotes the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and educates employees regarding their benefits.
- Assists the Director/Comp and Benefits and other Benefits colleagues with open enrollment activities, invoices, and other projects assigned.
