Summer Warehouse & Delivery Crew - Full-Time (Maple Shade, NJ)

Spa Hearth & Home in Maple Shade, NJ, is hiring full-time warehouse and delivery crew members to support our summer season. If you're reliable, hardworking, and able to lift heavy items, this is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
We're a family-owned outdoor living store that has served South Jersey for over 25 years. We specialize in hot tubs, swim spas, patio furniture, fireplaces, pools, and supplies. Our warehouse crew is crucial in ensuring that products are received, delivered, and assembled safely and professionally.
️ Job Responsibilities
- Delivery and Placement, including hot tubs, patio furniture, fireplaces, and swim spas
- Perform local deliveries to customer homes and assist with on-site placement
- Assemble patio furniture and other products using hand tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and delivery truck
- Follow safe lifting practices and assist team members with heavy or bulky items
- Report any delivery issues, damage, or inventory discrepancies to management
- Assist in showroom maintenance, basic cleaning, and supporting counter staff as needed
Qualifications
- Must be able to occasionally lift heavy items and work on your feet throughout the day
- Previous experience in delivery, moving, or warehouse is a plus
- Basic familiarity with tools for furniture assembly
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license required
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Schedule
- Full-time seasonal position, Monday through Friday (typical hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Overtime available during peak season
- Position runs through late summer with potential for long-term employment
Compensation & Benefits
- $17.00 - $19.00/hour, based on experience
- Weekly pay
- Paid training and hands-on learning
- Holiday pay, paid vacation time, and sick days (for long-term team members)
